French

Tennis
The class had an excellent session last week. Great to see so many of our students taking part. Those who aren't, you can still pay to take part in the final session that will take place on Wednesday.
The Duffy Show
The Duffy Show was awesome! The message of the show was that we need to use our public libraries. If you haven't yet got one, make sure you get yourself a card for our own wonderful town library and, once you've got your card, use it.
Staff v Students Non-Stop Cricket
This will take place on Friday at lunchtime. The staff are quietly confident that they can pull out what it takes to win the game!.

ReplyDeleteMr the duffy book show was pretty cool they had such a maori acsent. Mr the students are going to get smashed because Mrs stewart is going to pone up. tennis is all right i like tennis because i love smashing the ball as high and as far as i possible can.

The duffy show was cool and funny.
i think the non stop cricket game is goning to be cool but i already know that the students are going to win. Its going to be funny watching the teachers try and run haha.

ReplyDeleteback to topic: the Duffy show was cool and very, very funny espeshilly the guy that likes golf he was so not funny that it was funny! they were good singers though, overall it was a cool show and very well thought out!
Grasshopper tenis was fun, too bad it only goes for half an hour :( but I will admit I did learn a bit of basic tenis.
Hi Mr Nelson i love learning french even though i end up going to music lessons after 10 minutes but i still learn alot out of it and still enjoy it.
ReplyDeleteIn maori i like learning how to say what i felling if someone asks me i mostly say ngenge which is Maori for tired but only in the morning then in the afternoon i say good in french.
French is cool and the duffy show was so funny last week i missed out on tennis because i was runner but thats ok.
ReplyDeleteI think that the non-stop cricket competion will be so funny and lots of people are going to be there at lunchtime to see who wins but i think that the students are going to win because they have a lot of fast and cofident people.

ReplyDeleteyou can learn the main things in a day.
the grasshopper tennis programme is fun and teaches us the simples of the game on the court .
book week was lots of fun ( like usual!). there were alot of interesting costumes on friday.
the students will blitz the teachers in the non stop cricket cup. we have the best players.....warm up the bus youre going home!!!

ReplyDeletemr muscels (bigger than joe),last week i watched the duffy show and it was really cool.they were really creative and active during the show. i like the brr it was catchy.bye now signed mr muscles.
yay all the people who don't do tennis get to do it on Wednesday. The duffy show was funny. I think every body laughed. The students are definatly going to beat the teachers at non stop cricket. the people from our class who are in the students non stop cricket team are Sarah, Leena, Joe and Regan.
ReplyDeletehi it is i and i have too write a 50 word long comment. about the nonstop cricket i am putting my money by my mouth and bitting about 1,000 that the students will win. no we won't we will win twice as hard YOU TEACHERS ARE GOING TOO LOSE:) but i am not in the team but i will try too make some time too come and watch but if i prodict right the students will win and rubb it in your life the end

ReplyDeletethe duffy show : the duffy show was real cool the duffy person that acted like duffy was likr real funny , and he said that he could beat me in table tennis but umm doubt it. but yeah i thhink it was really good but it would of been like best ever show if they got us like to get up and like do something like in front of everybody , you know what im saying , but yeah it was still real cool.
french : im really in joying french at the mo. im learning heaps of diffrent thing not only the language but like the heritage and like stuff they realy like and things that are very important to them.
tennis : tennis has been very fun and im learning heaps of new skills and patients cause like im not that patient you know , i just get kind of annoyed when i have to wait. But its been fun im really enjoying it , cant wait for the next one
non stop cricket : boom yah no effence teachers but i think the students are going to win like by heaps but if the teahers win just forget i said anything :L
maori : maori is real fun but i wish we could do more of it :D

ReplyDeletelast week we had a duffy show and it was really cool, the people who were in it were really funny and cool, it was the best duffy show that i have ever seen.
GRASS-HOPPER TENNIS
last week we had our second tennis practise and it was really cool, we had to show our skills and we learned new skills, it was kind of hard but it got easier the more I did it.
Mr the duffy show was brrety cool i reckon that those r the best actrs ive seen. Non stop crickit i think the students at Lakeview school are going to get thrashed by the Lakeview school techers when the non stop crickit is finshed and the techers have lost i be seeing the crickit coach.

ReplyDelete'Twas a prety good Duffy show. I'm not in cricket or tennis, so I don't know about those. I commented on the French blog about the video. I think we are doing pretty awesome in French - fun language. I enjoy the spellings and pronounciations.

hello room 2 the duffy show was awesome i loved it the gays were funny they made a bus full of books after aschool i went to the library and got me a card i go to the library evrey weekend with my da and mum and brothre cj my family loves going to the library evrery weekend befor we go to the library we cheek if we have got our library cads
ReplyDeleteI love french and it is getting better and better and 1 to 20 is easy i knbow it off by heart it is the best langange u can learn.
ReplyDeletemaths we are learning new things like squareing witch "I don't get" but nearly everything else i get expt squareing I love beingh in the top class room for maths. the 2 good thing's I am good at are maths and ict the rest of the subjects I am not so good at and i never have been. I LOVE ROOM 2!!!!!!!!!!!
French is really fun were we come from and I am injoying maths as well.
