Term 1 Week 4

The highlight of the week was our Dale Day (named after Dale Clarkson from Sport Wairarapa, who organised the activities). This involved the Senior Syndicate taking part in an orienteering activity, two traditional Maori games, and a tennis activity. We followed this up with a shared lunch. A big thank you to Cilla from Wairarapa Tennis, Libby Patterson, and Perry and Dale from Sport Wairarapa. What an awesome day! Have a look at these photos of the day.



Next week we will be finishing our Treaty of Waitangi unit. Following this we will be concentrating on French studies as our topic theme. Currently in French we are looking at numbers. Have a look at this You Tube video to help you to learn the numbers from 0- 10 in French.



We had swimming sports on Wednesday. Great to see so many of our kids taking part. We would like to see all of our senior students making the most of every opportunity that comes their way this year.
